StudyIn-AUS provides education consultancy and advisory services relating to international education, university admissions, student visa preparation, IELTS/PTE preparation and related educational services across Australia, the UK, USA, Canada, Germany, New Zealand, Europe, and selected international institutions.
2. Educational Guidance
Information provided by StudyIn-AUS is intended to assist students in making informed educational decisions. Admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, English-language requirements, visa rules, processing times and university policies may change. Students should verify final requirements with the relevant university or government authority before making final decisions or payments.
3. No Guarantee of Admission
StudyIn-AUS does not guarantee admission to any university or educational institution. All admission decisions are made independently by the respective institution.
4. No Guarantee of Visa Approval
StudyIn-AUS does not guarantee student visa approval. Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant government immigration authority. We provide document-preparation support based on information applicable at the time of application.
5. Information Provided by Students
Students are responsible for providing accurate, complete and genuine information and documents. Submitting false, altered, misleading or fraudulent documents may result in application refusal, cancellation or legal consequences. StudyIn-AUS is not responsible for consequences arising from inaccurate or misleading information supplied by a student.
6. Third-Party Fees
Students remain responsible for payments due to third parties, including university application fees, tuition deposits, visa fees, IELTS/PTE test fees, medical examination fees, biometric fees, translation/certification fees, health insurance, airfare, and accommodation.
7. University Selection
We provide university and course recommendations based on information supplied by the student. The final decision regarding university and course selection remains entirely with the student.
8. Visa and Immigration Information
Immigration policies can change without notice. Information on our website should not be treated as a guarantee of a particular visa outcome. Where appropriate, students should consult the relevant government authority or authorized professional.
9. Website Content
We make reasonable efforts to keep website information useful and accurate, but we do not guarantee that every page will always be complete, current or error-free.
10. Intellectual Property
