Refund & Cancellation Policy

StudyIn-AUS aims to provide clear information about fees, services and cancellation arrangements before a student purchases a paid service.

1. Consultancy Services

Where counselling, profile assessment, university shortlisting or application support is provided without a consultancy fee, there is no consultancy fee to refund. Third-party payments remain subject to the refund policies of the relevant organization.

2. IELTS/PTE or Educational Courses

Refunds or cancellations for paid courses, classes or educational services are subject to the specific terms communicated to the student at the time of enrolment. Once classes, access to digital material, assessments or other services have commenced, refunds may be limited or unavailable depending on the nature of the service.

3. University Fees

University application fees, tuition deposits and tuition payments are governed by the university's own refund policy. StudyIn-AUS does not control or process university refunds directly.

4. Visa Fees

Government visa application fees and related charges are governed by the relevant government immigration authority and are generally non-refundable and outside the control of StudyIn-AUS.

5. Test Fees

IELTS, PTE and other examination fees are governed by the relevant test provider (British Council, IDP, Pearson VUE).

6. Cancellation Requests

Cancellation requests should be submitted in writing through email (info@studyin-aus.com) or another official communication channel.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

We may consider exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis where permitted by the applicable service terms.
