Student Service Agreement

This Student Service Agreement governs the advisory relationship between StudyIn-AUS ("Consultancy") and the prospective student or parent/guardian ("Client") when submitting academic documents or engaging consultancy services.

1. Services Provided

StudyIn-AUS agrees to provide educational counselling, academic profile assessment, university shortlisting, application submission assistance, Genuine Student (GS) / SOP statement guidance, and student visa file preparation assistance.

2. Student Responsibilities & Document Authenticity

The Client agrees to provide true, accurate, complete, and authentic academic transcripts, certificates, passports, financial statements, and personal background information. The Client acknowledges that submitting false, altered, or fraudulent documents will lead to immediate cancellation of services and potential report to relevant authorities.

3. Admission & Visa Disclaimers

The Client acknowledges that StudyIn-AUS has no authority over university admission offers, scholarship allocations, or government visa grant decisions. Admission decisions are made exclusively by the educational institution, and visa grants are decided solely by the respective embassy/immigration department.

4. Third-Party Payments

All mandatory third-party fees (including university application fees, tuition deposits, visa fees, health insurance, test registration fees, and medical exams) are payable directly to the respective third-party organization and are governed by their respective terms.

5. Consent to Process & Share Documents

By engaging our services and submitting documents, the Client grants explicit consent to StudyIn-AUS to review, process, and transmit academic and identity documents to relevant partner universities, educational boards, application processing portals, and visa authorities solely for the purpose of carrying out the requested application services.

6. Acknowledgment of Policies

By proceeding, the Client confirms that they have read and understood our Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, and Disclaimer.
